The objective – to summarize the current literature data on etiology, pathogenesis, diagnosis and treatment of malignant hyperthermia. search analysis hyperthermia in medical information systems PubMed, Сochrane librarу, Cyberleninka for last 10 years was performed with using keywords: «malignant hyperthermia», «dantrolene», «general anesthesia», «succinylcholine», «inhalation anesthetics». criteria were met by 96 publications. In addition, references selected articles manually checked applicable including recent reports hyperthermia, addition works historical significance.
